• Orders received Mon – Fri before 3 p.m. G.M.T. are despatched the same day in hygienic, E.E.C. approved packaging

• Goods are transported overnight by refrigerated road haulage for delivery to most U.K. destinations or Boulogne, France, the following morning

• Most other European destinations are reached within 36 – 72 hours

• Air freight options are available for transportation to long haul destinations

• Minimum Order is 25kg (UK) and 50kg (International)

The industry standard system of using letters to indicate different qualities of seafood is used on this site, thus:

A = fish or shellfish caught by a vessel that has been at sea for between two and five days

E = fish or shellfish caught by a vessel that has been at sea for between eight and forty eight hours
